Period Knickers - Midi Hug

Care instructions:

• For best results wash on a cold wash.
• No need to wash the period knickers on their own, just use the wash bag provided and place in with your other clothes.
• Avoid fabric softeners.
• Hang out to dry as you would any other clothing.

 

You can also rinse them out whilst you are in the shower or under a cold tap to remove some of the fluids, just run the water through them until the water is clear and then put them in the washing machine.

 

The "Do Nots":

• Do not use fabric conditioner or strong washing liquid.
• Do not soak them, just rinse them through.
• Do not tumble dry your knickers as this will reduce their life span.

Super Tampon = 10 - 12 mls

Regular Tampon = 5 - 6 mls

Regulat Pad = 5 - 6 mls

Ovenight Pad = 10-15 mls

Moon cup = 28-30mls
